About Live More Canada

Live More Canada is a youth-driven mental wellness initiative that uses creative expression, community engagement, and education to promote holistic well-being across diverse communities especially among Black, immigrant, and newcomer populations. Our programs combine art, storytelling, movement, and open dialogue to help young people heal, connect, and thrive in inclusive, culturally responsive spaces. We aim to bridge the gap between mental health awareness and real community connection by creating spaces that are relatable, expressive, and empowering.

“We love what we do & create partnerships with our clients to ensure their digital transformation is positioned for long-term success.”
